My name is Javeed Qamar and I was raped and tortured by gaurds in Bay County jail in Bay County Florida from 01/25/2010 to 02/04/2010. From what I read about enhanced interrogation it met department of defense standards and also met Mk-Ultra enhanced interrogation. I believe they tortured me only because of my Pakistani heritage. I also believe the torture was politicaly motivated because of the fact the gaurds wrote Obama boy on the door of my cell with an arrow pointing to the ground where they made me stay. What they did to me was criminal, not only did they torture me but I was raped. The torture caused extreme mental and physical pain. While I was going through I also had a string of seizures. The laws they broke against me were obviously rape, the 8th amendment, and attempted murder could be considered because I almost died from the seizures. They also broke the UN Convention on Torture and the Geneva Conventions. Please help! I need the jail to be prosecuted along with all parties involved. The torture and rape has tried to be covered up from the very start. There will be alot of proof of what I am saying is true. There will be video surveillance, documentation, and drug records of what they used on me. Again please help because I need them to be prosecuted, I need closure, and its the right thing to do. The torture was similar to Abu Ghraib except I was raped and this happened in the United States. The FBI is now investigating this but I am afraid without this being big news the local and federal agencies involved will not be brought to justice.
